CNISCO Held the Closing Ceremony of the Training Program on Social Security Governance for SCO Countries

On the afternoon of December 16, the closing ceremony of the Training Program on Social Security Governance for SCO Countries was held at CNISCO. Hu Jiling, Vice President of SHUPL; Chen Xiao, Director of the Training Department at CNISCO Office; and 55 participants from the law-enforcement departments of Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus attended the closing ceremony. Sun Liuhua, Deputy Director of the Training Department of the CNISCO Office, presided over the closing ceremony.

Hu Jiling pointed out in her speech that it has always been a consensus among SCO countries to seek common security and promote common development. With the joint efforts of all countries, SCO has withstood all kinds of security threats, yielding remarkable results in the field of law enforcement and security cooperation to maintain regional security and stability. With plentiful and substantial fruits yielded by the training program, CNISCO is ready to work with all parties to continuously deepen exchanges and cooperation in relevant fields so as to realize the world dream of long-lasting peace and common prosperity.

Representatives from Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Belarus extended expressed their gratitude to the host and the organizer and shared their views after the training. They said that they had benefited a lot from the training program and hoped to participate in more exchange activities in the future to strengthen our exchange and cooperation in various fields.

During the four-day training, experts from Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, Zhejiang University, ZBHA Group, and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law were invited to give lectures on topics including the construction of the rule of law in China, the prevention and control of Covid-19, cyber and social security, urban traffic management and security, port management, international law enforcement cooperation, and the “three evil forces”, etc. 

The successful holding of the Training Program on Social Security Governance for SCO Countries has improved the quality and level of law enforcement and security cooperation in SCO countries, making a positive contribution to maintaining regional security and promoting common development.
