On June 11, the opening ceremony of The Seminar for the Officers of the Internal Affairs Department from Three States and One City of Tajikistan Ministry of the Interior was successfully held in CNISCO. Hu Jiling, Vice President of SHUPL, Dong Bin, Deputy Director from the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, Colonel Davrat Zoda Rahmon, Head of the Seminar, Shi Qibao, Director of the Development Planning Department of SHUPL, and Chen Xiao, Director of the Training Department of SHUPL attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was hosted by Ding Yunbao, executive deputy director of the Administration Department of CNISCO.
Hu Jiling expressed warm welcome to the delegation. She said that the seminar provided a platform for mutual learning and exchange between the two countries, which would help strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of justice and law enforcement, anti-terrorism and security and it will help the two countries to cope with new challenges. On behalf of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, Dong Bin extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He said that the bureau will have in-depth exchanges with the trainees on security and law enforcement and actively support the seminar.
On behalf of all the trainees of the seminar, Davrat Zonda Rahmon expressed his gratitude to the arrangements made by the Chinese side for the seminar, and recited a Tajikistan poem to express his thanks to the Chinese host for their thoughtful arrangements.
