On June 18th, the closing ceremony of The Seminar for the Officers of the Internal Affairs Department from Three States and One City of Tajikistan Ministry of the Interior was successfully held in CNISCO. Yao Jianlong, Vice President of SHUPL, Colonel Davrat Zoda Rahmon, head of the delegation, Chen Xiao, head of the training department and all the trainees attended the closing ceremony. The closing ceremony was hosted by Ding Yunbao, executive deputy director of the Administration Department of CNISCO.

In his speech, Yao Jianlong expressed his warm congratulations to the trainees on the successful completion of all training programs. He said that the long-term comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Tajikistan has offered the two countries a broad and solid foundation. SHUPL and Tajikistan have deep roots and have successfully held several seminars. It is our hope that through such exchanges and communication the cooperation between China and Tajikistan in various fields such as law enforcement and security will be deepened and the friendship between the Chinese and Tajikistan people will be enhanced.

The trainee representative Tagali Tiloire expressed gratitude to the leaders attending the ceremony and the organizers of the training. He was very happy to be here. In addition to professional courses, the visits to the police departments and cultural visits allow them to know about Shanghai in various aspects. After returning home, he would share the experiences harvested in the training with colleagues in Tajikistan.

On behalf of all the trainees of the seminar, Davrat Zoda Rahmon expressed his gratitude to all the staff who carefully planned, organized and arranged the seminar, and all the teachers and professors who gave the lectures. The successful arrangement of the seminar not only enhanced the level of law enforcement but also promoted the friendship between China and Tajikistan.
